Under New Management

What You Need To Know

• Your rate WILL NOT be going up! Current customers will continue at their existing rental rate.
• The new phone number is 704-473-7358. This will connect you directly with the owner, Andrew Sain. You can call or text.
• 74 Mini Storage will eventually become Wadesboro Self Storage Center. This is only a name change - your storage unit and access will remain the same.
• We are moving to a new management system (UnitTrac) and payment system (Stripe). Due to privacy and security protocols, we were unable to transfer payment information from the old system. We need to speak with each customer to update their payment information in the new customer portal, or you can log in and update it yourself. It's very simple and will only take a few minutes.
• You should have received an email with the login information for your new account. You can also log in here. If you have not received your login information, please contact us. We use UnitTrac for our customer management system. It may appear as Wadesboro Self Storage Center.
• No More Call Center! You no longer have to deal with an automated call center. You will always speak or text directly with the new owner, Andrew Sain.
